T.K. Blue will perform for a Juneteenth celebration at the oldest USA diplomatic mission abroad and the first US property in a foreign country to be recognized as a National Historic Landmark: The American Legation! It was built in 1821 and features Moorish architecture. Morocco was the very first foreign country to acknowledge the United States as a separate country apart from Great Britain. Preceding the concert at 7pm T.K.Blue will join Jazz historian, producer, and enthusiast Jacques Muyal as well as writer/professor Dr. Hisham Aidi for a zoom discussion on Jazz in North Africa.
